Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) following confirmation of successful payment.
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on customs procedures, local logistics delays, or unforeseen events.

  • Europe (excluding Greece & Cyprus): 5–10 business days
  • Greece & Cyprus: 15–20 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7–10 business days

These timeframes reflect standard international transit conditions.

If available, express shipping options may be offered at an additional cost, clearly indicated at checkout.

The shipping method depends on the destination country and order volume.
Tracking information is always provided once your order has been dispatched.

Each pair of scissors is created following authentic Japanese design principles, crafted with premium Japanese steel, assembled in our dedicated partner facility in China under strict quality control, and shipped from the most suitable fulfilment location — Spain, China, or Japan — depending on stock availability and your delivery address.


Logistics Transparency

To provide free and efficient worldwide delivery, Fuji Scissors uses consolidated international logistics networks also used by many global e-commerce retailers.
Shipping labels may therefore display the name or code of the logistics partner responsible for transporting or delivering your parcel.

This does not indicate the origin of the product, the manufacturer, or the quality of the scissors.
The logistics provider has no influence on the materials, craftsmanship, or specifications of the product you receive.


Manufacturing & Quality Assurance

All Fuji Scissors are designed using authentic Japanese design principles and crafted with Japanese steel.
Assembly takes place in our dedicated partner facility with meticulous quality control procedures.
Shipping routes or logistics networks do not affect blade quality, steel grade, or performance standards.


Customs and Import Duties

Orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges determined by your local customs authority.
These fees are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.


Responsibility After Delivery

Once your package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
Fuji Scissors is not liable for loss, theft, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery.

We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location or selecting tracked delivery options with signature confirmation where possible.


Returns and Exchanges

If you encounter any issue with your order, please refer to our Refund Policy or contact our customer service team.

If the customer is unavailable or unable to accept the delivery and the parcel is returned to Fuji Scissors, the return process will be considered as initiated by the customer.
A refund of the product price will be issued once the goods have been received, verified, and inspected.


Lost or Delayed Parcels (EU Consumer Rights Compliance)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, orders must be delivered within the delivery timeframe provided at checkout.

If delivery is delayed, the consumer may request assistance, and the seller may allow a reasonable additional period for the carrier to complete delivery.

A parcel is considered lost if it has not been delivered within 60 days from the dispatch date.
If your order has not arrived within this period, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement, according to your preference.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. Orders returned, lost, or destroyed due to incorrect or incomplete address information are not eligible for refund.
